JB sold us an Equinox in Nov of 2005 and has sent me emails ever since.  I remembered his name and specifically came back to meet with him again on looking for a new car 5 years later.

John was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Processed the order very efficiently.  Good personality and easy to communicate with throughout the process.

From the first time I met John Baker he has been an near perfect example of how a sales person should be.  He took the time to gather what my needs/wants were for a new vehicle, so as not to waste either of our time.  He was so comprehensive in his explanation of the vehicle we drove on a winding road so I'd have a sense of how the vehicle truly handles.  He was very low pressure.
