From the first time I met John Baker he has been an near perfect example of how a sales person should be.  He took the time to gather what my needs/wants were for a new vehicle, so as not to waste either of our time.  He was so comprehensive in his explanation of the vehicle we drove on a winding road so I'd have a sense of how the vehicle truly handles.  He was very low pressure.

I can't recall a time when I ever made the statement that I want to buy a car from a salesperson.  I repeatedly said that after my experience with John. He took great time in showing me any feature I'd be interested in.  He was thorough in his explanation of the vehicles features.

I would feel comfortable referring any of the young physicians I work with to Pat McGrath to work with John.  This is the most comfortable experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle.
