I went on your website about a month ago and Jordan Gaul popped up as I was browsing.  I explained to Jordan some issues I was having at other dealerships and he said "trust me", we will be different.  Well, the words "trust me" are ones you don't want to hear from a used car salesman or a politician, but Jordan did stay true to his word about everything.  He wasn't pushy; I told him what makes/models of SUVs I was looking for and although we didn't find it the first, second or third time around, I did see a car parked on the lot on the third visit and made an off the cuff remark to Jordan "there's my vehicle"!!!  He kind of chuckled and said it was a customer's car.  Well lo and behold, that customer traded in the Toyota Sequoia that is now mine!  Jordan got all over that.  He let me know right away that the particular customer traded in that vehicle the night we were down there and to put a deposit on it right away!  This was a Saturday and we drove down right away and finalized the deal...thanks to the efforts of Jordan Gaul and your great financing department (Thanks Tammy and Matt Sullivan).  I would definitely recommend Jordan Gaul.  He is "Johnny on the Spot".  As a matter of fact, my niece will probably be buying a vehicle from Jordan within the next week, as hers is costing too much in repairs.  Jordan will have many more recommendations.  He is a fine salesman as well as an ethical person.  If I ever had a son, I would hope he could stand in Jordan's shoes.  My grand-daughter is crying that she's not going to be able to see Jordan any more :(  I assured her we will be back to see Jordan with all the new customers we are going to bring him.  Thanks Jordan!  You are the best!!!!!!!
